Antique Vintage German Steiff Dog with Ear Tag

Description

Antique Steiff  dog. He is covered in mohair and in a sitting position. He has glass eyes, stitched nose and long ears. His head swivels and he is wearing a probably original ribbon  around his neck. But perhaps most importantly he still retains his Steiff  ear tag.
This version of the sitting dog is 4 inches tall . He is in  good condition for his age with  spots where his mohair is thinning, mostly on the underside and ears .
