Vehicle Registrations, Titles, Insurance, and Disclaimers:
Any applicable taxes, license, title, tonnage, trip permits and vehicle registration fees for any titled items are to be paid by the purchaser. Out of state purchasers of licensed items will be provided the necessary documentation needed for transfer of ownership where they reside, where they may pay taxes and registration and title fees in their state of residence. Please call us at the number on the last image before purchase to verify what documents are needed by your state and verify timeline to get those as some items may need lien payoff or some states don't require titles while yours may. Some vehicles may require up to 45 days for original title, but this is rare.
This item will not be sold with a license plate. Any license plate that may be visible in photos will be removed prior to sale.
It is the buyer's responsibility to attain all necessary insurance before transport or use an insured transporter for buyer's protection.
By federal law, vehicles more than 10 years old are exempt from odometer disclosure. In some cases the mileage shown on the odometer may be underreported if the mechanical limits of the speedometer are exceeded. UsedVending expressly disclaims the accuracy of odometer readings. Items should be inspected by buyer or buyer's representative after deposit is made and before taking possession.
Should buyer not be able to provide an inspection, buyer can sign an inspection waiver which accepts full responsibility and declines the terms of our No Risk Guarantee.
Inspection means buyer evaluates condition, performance, functionality, completeness, cleanliness, stability, security, safety, and all other aspects of item. Some items require fuel, water, electricity, or other resources to adequately inspect. Buyer should have any resources needed for proper inspection. If buyer is not able to perform an adequate inspection; buyer should have a mechanic or other professional do the evaluation.
If buyer is not satisfied upon inspection, buyer can cancel sale and receive a refund of purchase price and item goes back to auction.
UsedVending highly recommends buyer to personally pickup item when possible so buyer can do a full inspection right before pickup.
If buyer can not be present, buyer will need to either have another representative perform the inspection or sign off on an inspection waiver.
If buyer needs a transporter, buyer can hire transporter or ask UsedVending to provide a list of random transporters. UsedVending does not recommend or promote any specific transporter and receives no compensation in exchange for transporters on list or otherwise.
Before transport, buyer should confirm necessary details like tow/haul method, ball size, item weight, reliability of old vehicles driving long distances, appropriate insurances, etc... and make preparations.

Careful consideration should be given for driving items back over long distances or mountainous trips, especially older items. We recommend having them transported on flatbeds to ensure there are no mechanical issues leaving you stranded or with expensive repair costs.
Unless otherwise stated above, the
deposit amount is required within 48 hours

full payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days
after the close of auction. If an item is unpaid after 14 calendar days, it may no longer be available for purchase and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay.

Liens & Bank Notes
– UsedVending will check item title for outstanding liens that must be satisfied before a clean title can be attained by buyer. UsedVending will work with buyer, lienholder, DMV, & seller to arrange payoff and documentation necessary for buyer successfully transfer item ownership with free & clear title.
All items must be shipped, picked up, or removed within 14 days of the end of auction
(unless pre-approved via email). Items left after this time will be subject to a per day storage fee. The buyer will forfeit the item -- and any payments made -- when storage fees
reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 30 days
from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
We do not collect sales tax on vehicles & trailers as the buyer will pay those to their local DMV upon registration.
Other items are subject to 7% sales tax if the buyer is in Mississippi.

Freight and Transportation. The Buyer is responsible for all freight and other costs related to transporting the goods from the item location. These costs include, but are not limited to, certificates and/or permits required to move the goods within or across state, province and/or country borders. Buyers are advised to have all such certificates and permits issued and completed prior to transporting the goods; otherwise Buyer may be subject to cleaning, permit, and/or other fees if the goods are stopped and held at a Port of Entry to a state, province or country. Buyers may arrange transportation of goods through through a third party, but UsedVending will not be liable for any acts or omissions arising from such third party transportation and claims no responsibility for the actions of any transportation provider. Buyers may not transport the goods until full payment (including any applicable sales tax) have been received by and posted by UsedVending.
Buyer, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company he represents, both jointly and severally agree to indemnify and save harmless UsedVending, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, successors and its Consignors for any and all actions, cases of action, suits, damages, costs and losses of any nature, arising from the purchase or use of any item. Buyer further agrees that all rights and defenses available to UsedVending hereunder shall extend to the Consignor.
Buyer acknowledges that the property location of the item being sold or displayed is a potentially dangerous place. Each person at all times shall be there at their own risk. No person shall have any claim against the UsedVending, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or death to any person or persons whomsoever nor for damages to or loss or property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Buyer also acknowledges responsibility for any injury or death to any person or persons whomsoever or property damage caused by Buyer, his agents or his employees.
USEDVENDING ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE DEPOSIT RETAINED BY USEDVENDING OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND 0.
The Terms and Conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. No modifications to UsedVending terms or agreements will be binding unless in writing signed by UsedVending.
