    -From the 1950s
    -One animal included- in POOR condition
    -Base is about 18" diameter, Tree is about 27-28" tall, and about 14" diameter
    -Unhook the back & it opens up to 3 floors, has windows/curtains & a door
    -There is some wear inside- possible glue residue (?)
    -Quite heavy- weighs about 12 lbs
